So Cal Product Solutions is a full service design studio with expansive reach into a multitude of industries. Our team of experienced engineers and designers will guide you through the process of product design, product development, 3D modeling, 3D file repair, and prototyping.
The latest addition to our arsenal of machines is the highly sophisticated Eden 350V Rapid Prototyping Machine by Objet. The Eden 350V boasts the highest resolution and one of the largest build sizes on the market today.
The platform measures an impressive 13.358 x 13.358 x 7.874 inches or 340 x 340 x 200mm. We are capable of building pieces that exceed this platform size by cutting apart the 3d file and building it in pieces.
This state of the art machine is capable of producing with remarkable speed large quantities of hi-resolution prototypes in a variety of materials from low grade flexible to high durability medical grade.
We draw upon multiple in-house manufacturing technologies that are capable of handling a wide spectrum of materials as well as file types. This affords us a great deal of versatility in our approach to crafting new products, models and prototypes.

CNC Machining and Subtractive Rapid Prototyping
In addition to traditional rapid prototyping, we also utilize subtractive rapid prototyping. This allows us to use a broader spectrum of materials including aluminum, brass and acrylic. This machine is capable of both 3 and 4 axis machining.
